If you have suffered a stroke or are worried you could be at risk of having one or experiencing a heart attack, Abrazo Central Campus has resources to help you.

The Functional Communication Group: New Hope for Stroke Survivors and Others meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, at the Abrazo Central Campus at 2000 W. Bethany Home Road. It is free to attend and open to those who have survived a stroke or other conditions or diagnoses that affect their ability to communicate and their caregivers. There will be translation into Spanish at the group meeting.

AngioScreen Heart Attack and Stroke Risk Assessments will be available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, at the Abrazo Central Campus. Participants will receive several evaluations, private consultation and instant color results they can take to their physician. The cost is $59.
