Two North Central gymnastics studios are offering online classes to help students and the public stretch, exercise and polish their skills.
Impact Gymnastics Academy at 7812 N. 12th St. frequently posts videos showing kids stretching, running and performing other exercises on its Facebook page. One video shows a girl doing vault runs, another captures prances and one video features a girl performing gymnastics moves on sidewalk chalk drawn to look like a balance beam.
