Enjoy an exclusive, five-course pairing dinner hosted by Garrison Brothers Distillery Master Distiller Donnis Todd at Phoenix City Grille next month. The Garrison Guadalupe dinner will feature the distillery’s top-tier selections, starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17, at the restaurant at 5816 N. 16th St.

This special dinner will start with a welcome cocktail, Do the Dew Old Fashion, which incorporates small-batch bourbon, honeydew, Garrison bitters-flavored cotton candy, Luxardo cherry and local citrus. The first course will feature Pitch Please Single Barrel from Pitch Scottsdale. The second course will be paired with an exclusive specialty pour that will be announced during the dinner. The dinner will pair subsequent courses with other pours from Garrison Brothers, including a new, experimental bourbon concocted in the Garrison Brothers stillhouse that will be served with dessert.

The cost for the five-course meal is $120 per person, not including tax and a 20-percent gratuity. Make reservations by calling 602-266-3001.
