Valley Youth Theatre will host its 2021 Virtual Spring Break, a day camp delivered online in order to try to keep students safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Youths ages 9 and older can participate in the camp from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, March 8 to Friday, March 12 and then from Monday, March 15 to Friday, March 19. Participants will engage in dance, music and acting warm-ups and activities, play games and rehearse in their focus area. Students will work in groups to create original works with teaching artists that will be performed virtually on the last day. This camp costs $250.

Children ages 5 to 8 can sign up for the VYT Virtual All-Stars Spring Break Camp in session one with the theme of “A Royal Affair” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. March 8-12. During session two, kids ages 5 to 8 can take part in the virtual camp with the theme “Super Heroes Unite!” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. March 15-19.
