As a bonded pair, the beautiful sister duo Big Fluffy and Mini Fluffy are looking for a forever home that they can go to together. The three-year-old Lionhead Rabbits were surrendered to the Arizona Humane Society (AHS) a little over a month ago when their owner could, unfortunately, no longer care for them.

Sadly, this is a trend that is happening more and more with pet owners in the Valley as they continue to struggle with different aspects of life such as housing instability, inflation, lack of affordable veterinary care and more. Because of this, AHS has seen many more requests for healthy, owned animals to be surrendered to the shelter thus contributing to more animals entering its doors.

Big Fluffy and Mini Fluffy are loving and sweet girls who like to eat their veggies and get their exercise by hopping around with each other. Like all critters, these cute girls will need a specific bunny diet and kennel fitting for their bun bun lifestyle.

Currently, all adoptable critters have $0 adoption fees to help them find their perfect forever homes and make much-needed space in the shelter. Interested adopters can meet Big Fluffy and Mini Fluffy (pet numbers 780369 and 780370) at AHS’ Papago Park Campus location. Their waived adoption fee includes their spay surgeries, a microchip and a follow-up wellness exam with a VCA Animal Hospital.
