After taking the helm at Adobe Bar & Grille in late July, Executive Chef Jacob Ellis last month announced a number of seasonal updates to the fall menu, which is expected to debut in mid-October.

Seasonal dinner menu additions include delicious “beginnings,” including a Kabocha Squash Tart (squash crips, pepita, balsamic glaze, watercress and goat cheese); Charred Carrot (rainbow carrots, pickled shallot, sultana gastrique and labneh); and Tuna Crudo (tiradito, chive oil, radish, pepita and cilantro).

New entrees include Angus short rib (Hayden Mills polenta, charred carrot, chive gremolata and jus); Iberica Pork Wellington (wild mushroom, whipped potato and demi); Porcini Pasta (truffle cream, Swiss chard and garden herbs); Filet Mignon (gingered spinach, potato pave, cabernet gastrique, maître d’butter); and Pan fried panisse (a vegan dish of parsnip puree, charred broccolini and black garlic demi; in addition to the Chef’s daily special

In addition, fans of the Biltmore Golf Club’s former Adobe Restaurant will welcome the return of popular entrées such as buttermilk and blue corn pancakes, avocado toast and breakfast burrito to the property’s breakfast menu.

In May, the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club unveiled its new 19,400-square-foot clubhouse – home to the Adobe Bar & Grille, a grab-and-go market known as The Pantry, a state-of-the-art golf simulator room, as well as 6,000 square feet of event space in The Ballroom. Designed as a luxurious estate conversant with its immediate neighbors, the clubhouse features Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture with a blend of modern Southwest design. Many notable elements of the neighboring Arizona Biltmore Resort were incorporated into the design, including the signature concrete Biltmore block prominent throughout the resort.

The new Adobe Bar & Grille features a center bar, communal tables for dining and swapping golf stories, multiple televisions and large Renlita doors that open to an expansive patio with views of the Estates Course and downtown Phoenix. The bar area includes a piano to provide a lounge-like atmosphere, regularly entertain guests and add ambiance to the dining experience. Contiguous from the bar, the Adobe’s stylish dining room has dynamic views of the skyline for neighbors, resort guests, golfers and non-golfers to enjoy.

Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is located at 2400 Biltmore Estates Dr., nestled off of 24th Street between Camelback Road and Lincoln Drive. Contact Adobe Bar & Grille at 602-468-9160 or visit www.azbiltmoregc.com/adobe-bar-grille for additional information.
