A new development of single-family attached homes, The Corridor, is in the works for the vacant lot at 5635 N. 16th St.

According to the agent/broker, Nancie Dion at Real Broker, the developer, Cefalia Custom Builders, plans to build six “high-end” residences consisting of three beds, three baths and 2,320 square feet of living space each. Each four stories tall, the homes will be attached in twos, with each home sharing one wall. The primary suite will be the entire third level, with a rooftop terrace on the fourth level.

Pricing is yet to be determined, Dion said, but will be in the seven figures. The anticipated completion date is about 18 months out.
