Desert Christian Fellowship Church will host its seniors’ potluck and annual white elephant gift exchange, Thursday, Dec. 11, at noon. Neighbors are invited to bring a friend, a favorite dish to share and a church appropriate gift to share with other seniors.
The church will host Celebrate Recovery beginning Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. New attendees are welcome. A monthly food distribution drive-through event will be held on Friday, Dec. 19, 7-8 a.m. Volunteers will fill your trunk with food provided in cooperation with St. Mary’s Food Bank. The church will offer a family-friendly Christmas Eve service on Wednesday, Dec. 24, at 6 p.m.
Desert Christian will change its service times beginning in January. Traditional service will be held at 9 a.m., contemporary service will be at 10:30 a.m., and Bible study will be at 10:30 a.m.
