North Central residents Emmi and Cody K. sent us this adorable photo of their cat Binzer and told us about how she came into their lives.
“Buying our first home was one of the happiest moments of our lives,” Emmi wrote. “We really focused in on the BINSR document during the process (Buyer’s Inspection Notice Seller Response) to negotiate the terms of the purchase. A year later, the next greatest moment of our lives was when we got our kitten. We remembered how much time we spent with that document, so we named the kitten Binzer, as a cute joke!
“But unlike the BINSR document, this cat absolutely refuses to negotiate on anything. Now she roams around like she owns the place, which we’re starting to believe she does!”
