The Phoenix Library Foundation invites residents to an unforgettable evening celebrating the transformative power of Phoenix Public Libraries in one of the city’s most iconic spaces – Burton Barr Central Library. During the Raise the Stacks 2025 event, scheduled for Friday, Nov. 14, 5:30-8 p.m., the community will join together to support the programs that make our libraries extraordinary.

The 21-and-over ticketed event offers after-hours access to Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave., and will feature appetizers, drinks and a relaxed cocktail-style atmosphere. Attendees will enjoy complimentary valet parking and a special welcome from the Phoenix Public Library Bookmobile. A silent auction and raffle, featuring unique items and experiences, will support library programs.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., attendees can join in celebrating 500 classes of Kindergarten Bootcamp with special remarks from Mayor Kate Gallego, highlighting the incredible impact of the library’s educational programs, and the evening will end with a delightful dessert reception accompanied by live music in the stunning Burton Barr Central Library setting.

The cost to attend is $75. Learn more about the event and get tickets at www.raisethestacks.org. Learn more about the Phoenix Library Foundation by visiting www.phoenixlibraryfoundation.org.
