Known for wowing diners and critics alike, with multiple accolades and recognition, CRUjiente Tacos is elevating the taco game and food and beverage scene once again. The taqueria is kicking off 2025 with a bold and mouthwatering lineup of new menu offerings, debuting this month.

New menu items include the return of the award-winning pork belly taco, a fan favorite featuring quick kimchi, sambal aioli and fresh cilantro – a dynamic combination of spice, tang, and umami. Also on the menu, the introduction of full-sized entrées, including a prime 16-ounce ribeye, accompanied by heirloom bayo beans, charred tomato, cotija, cilantro, red onion, chimichurri and served with fresh flour tortillas; and duck mole – a decadent dish of seared duck breast and crispy leg, topped with cabbage, radish, pickled red onion, sesame, mole negra, guajillo salsa and flour tortillas. New sides include heirloom bayo beans, with charred tomato, cotija and cilantro; and papas fritas, crispy fingerling potatoes with house hot sauce, guajillo aioli, cotija and cilantro.

The restaurant will mix it up with new cocktail offerings, such as the “Tale of Two Boroughs,” a blend of Old Forester 100 bourbon, Benedictine, Amaro Nonino, Lazzaroni Amaretto, and aromatic bitters; the “Smokin’ Old Fashioned,” featuring Fidencio Unico mezcal, Nixta corn liqueur, Madeira, house demerara, mole bitters and a smoked oak finish; and the “Naked and Famous in Acapulco,” a fusion of Palomo Mezcal, Caribbean Pineapple, Yellow Chartreuse, Aperol and fresh lime.
