When you order a drink at The Gladly restaurant you can get something cool for a cause. Every time a customer purchases an ice ball from the restaurant at 2201 E. Camelback Road, The Gladly will donate $1 to The Bobby Kramer Memorial Fund through June.

The Gladly will add a pressed crystal clear ball of ice to any dram for $3 and donates $1 from purchases of the ice balls to local non-profit partners on a regular basis. The ice balls, provided through a partnership with Artisan Ice, which is owned by The Gladly’s beverage director Kurtis Williams, are available for dine-in service only.

Robert “Bobby” Kramer was a well-known mixologist, who also was the food and beverage director and part of the founding leadership team at The Brickyard Downtown and The Hidden House in Chandler. Kramer, 31, died after authorities say a wrong-way driver on Interstate 10 hit him. He left behind a wife and two-year-old son. You also can make a monetary donation to the Bobby Kramer Memorial Fund by visiting thegladly.com/order.
