Yes, Jett looks as if he has bed head. But that’s part of the territory for a Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix.
This small pooch is a bundle of spunk and has a brisk outlook on life. The problem was that Jett’s new roommate was more into wiggling and crawling—quite natural for an infant—and the dog’s owners decided that the scruffy pooch no longer fit in.
Despite being 11 years old, Jett will hustle around the house, following you like a shadow and he insisting on lending a helping paw (or at least shoving his nose into everything). He gladly volunteers to join you for a last minute car ride to the grocery store and will happily be your date at the local coffee shop. He is an excellent cuddle buddy, sitting quietly beside you on the couch should you decide to stay in for a movie night.
Most of all, he promises to be your loyal companion in exchange for a good home and place to spend his Golden Years.
He is available now at the Sunnyslope Adoption Center located at 9226 N. 13th Ave. His adoption fee is only $35. For more information, call 602-997-7585, ext. 2045 and ask for animal ID number A452274.
