The Washington Elementary School District (WESD) will host a Teacher Interview Fair to hire teachers for the 2014-15 school year on Thursday, Feb. 20, from 3:30 to 8 p.m. at Moon Mountain Elementary School, 13425 N. 19th Ave.

Positions include elementary teachers, special education teachers, language arts, mathematics, science, music teachers as well as kindergarten, Head Start, special needs preschool teachers and speech pathologists. Successful candidates may be recommended for a 2014-15 teaching contract.

In order to obtain a prescheduled interview, interested teachers (or soon-to-be teachers) should apply online by Thursday, Feb.13 at www.wesdschools.org. Applicants will need to attach a resume along with the following documentation to their application:
• Copy of most recent teacher or student teacher evaluation
• Teaching Certificate or AEPA/ NES, PRAXIS Test Scores, and indicate if graduating May 2014 or if applying for Reciprocity
• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or copy of application)
• Highly Qualified Documentation
