North Central consignment store The Classy Kitchen will begin showcasing some of the Valley’s top talent this month in a BYOB setting that is sure to improve even the most dedicated homemaker’s skills in the kitchen.

Kicking off the May line-up is North Central’s own Barb Fenzl, author and owner of Les Gourmettes Cooking School, who will reveal her favorite kitchen tips and delicious dishes, 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 6. Cost is $50 and includes a copy of Fenzl’s book, “Seasonal Southwest Cooking.”

Other upcoming classes include: Sweet & Savory Summer Scones with Joe Cambria, May 7; Carmella’s Caponata with Carmella Dodge, May 13; One-Skillet Italian Pasta Dish with Trudy Maples, May 14; Gluten-Free & Allergen-Friendly Pizza with Chandice Probst, May 20; Organize Your Kitchen with Erika Faulkner, May 21; Building Gift Baskets with Brian Vetter, May 27; and Frozen Treats To Keep You Cool with Denise Clayton, May 28.

All classes are 6:30-8 p.m. and the fee is $30. With a group of eight to 12 of your family and friends, you can customize your own class.
