Fitness coach, life coach, and author Coe Kirby will conduct a free lunchtime presentation examining “food addictions” 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the Century Branch Library, 1750 E. Highland Ave.

Kirby will discuss the reasons many cannot control food cravings, tools to manage lifelong struggles with food, and the reasons that exercise is so miserable for many. He will offer tips on how to develop healthy nutrition and exercise habits.

Kirby is a successful fitness trainer who incorporates evidence-based behavioral modification into lifestyle and health change. His program is being used in medical, fitness, and behavioral health agencies and has been called the “missing link” in weight loss and wellness.

No RSVP is needed. This presentation is sponsored by FitPHX.
