Kinesphere Center for Movement Education offers Couples Foot Massage with Nancy Happel, 1:30-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Giving and receiving a foot massage is a great way to connect, and a wonderful gift that provides many health benefits to the whole body. Foot massage is also an excellent way to help reduce stress and bring about a sense of calmness and well being. This workshop is open to couples, friends and family members—any two people—who want to learn how to share the recuperative potential of massage. Cost is $30 per couple.

Explore the basics of your Central Nervous System (CNS) with Dave Authement, 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13. Learn how your current state of health and well being (or lack thereof) is a product of what your CNS thinks it currently needs for your survival. You’ll learn to assess and reassess how what you’re doing is affecting your CNS and discover whether or not your workouts, weight loss programs, walks, runs, or whatever it is you do, are making you better, or are making you worse. Cost is $40 (Early bird special of $35 if paid before Oct. 6.)

Move Your Chi…Soothe Your Soul with Kat and Matt Myers, 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25. Come on a deep adventure, blending bodyrolling, foot fitness, chi gong, live music and a soul soothing Nidra relaxation. Cost is $30.
