Children ages 10-14 are invited to try a special Tween-Teen Embodied Kids Class, Thursdays afternoons this month at Kinesphere Center for Movement Education, 711 E. Missouri Ave.

Taught by Stephanie Cantu, participants will fold form, function and fun into a movement class that utilizes safe and age-appropriate methods from Pilates, dance, tumbling and strength training.

Establishing an understanding of movement at an early age will encourage a positive relationship with fitness for life, especially when cultivated in a positive and motivating environment.

New students, who haven’t taken an Embodied Kids class before, pay only $10 per class; classes take place 3:30-4:30 p.m. on July 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30. Returning students pay $20 per class.
