Peckham Inc., based in Lansing, Mich., recently signed a three-year lease within Metro North Corporate Park located at 13450 N. Black Canyon Highway. The lease is for a 40,400-square-foot office building.
Peckham, a nonprofit vocational rehabilitation organization, provides job training opportunities for people with significant disabilities and other barriers to employment. Peckham plans to employ up to 350 people over the next few months.
The lease was negotiated by Cashen Realty Advisors, Inc.
