Abrazo Central Campus and Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital will provide free meals to veterans on Friday, Nov. 11, Veterans Day.

Abrazo Central Campus, 2000 W. Bethany Home Road, will provide meals from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including an entrée, two sides, beverage and dessert. Fresh-baked cookies and grab bags of candy will be sold to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Breakfast will be served from 6:30-9:30 a.m. at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital, 1930 E. Thomas Road. Non-veteran community members may purchase the breakfast for a $4 cash donation. Proceeds will be donated to Soldier’s Best Friend, a nonprofit organization that provides U.S. military veterans living with combat-related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with service or therapeutic companion dogs.

The Veterans Day breakfast will feature fruit, bacon, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt and assorted beverages.
