The Hance Park Conservancy is hosting the first “Noche en Blanco” at Hance Park, 5:30-9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22. Inspired by a similar “dinner in white” which got its start in Paris 30 years ago, Noche en Blanco will have a uniquely Phoenix character, featuring live music, skateboard demonstrations, and dancing.

This event will take place just west of the Central Avenue bridge, adjacent to the site of the future Hance Park skate park, which is positioned to be the first new element built on the park as part of the new Hance Park Master Plan.

Guests will arrive at 5:30 p.m. dressed all in white, set up at their reserved tables, and join everyone for a toast at 6 p.m. It will be a fun, elegant event with long rows of tables draped in white, strings of lights and stars overhead.

Online, in advance, guests can choose from a nice selection of picnics and bottles of wine, which will be waiting for them at the event. Or, guests can bring their own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages with them. Wine and other beverages can be purchased at the event as well.

Tickets for this all-ages event are $10 per person, or $75 a table (up to eight people). Guests purchase their tickets, picnics, and wine online at: http://www.hanceparkconservancy.org.
