Ever been confused on what, how, and when to eat? What do those food labels mean? Join Lifestyle Pilates for a free, fun, easy-to-learn nutrition education workshop at 9 a.m. and again at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20 at the studio, located at 1321 E. Northern Ave.

Certified Lifestyle Educator Lorrie Karn will present an approach to nutrition that will create lifetime habits that don’t feel restrictive. Her focus is on nutrient density that not only benefits sports performance but also creates clinical improvements in many diseases and conditions. Karn also will demonstrate how to save money eating a “whole foods” meal plan and offer tips on how to design menus and make the best restaurant choices.
