Robert Sikora, founder of Bobby-Q Barbecue Restaurant, opens his third location in the Valley on Oct. 2 in the space formerly occupied by Mexx32, 3154 E. Camelback Road.

Mexx32 closed unexpectedly in March shortly after it was announced that owner Lenny Rosenberg would sell the location to Sikora. Rosenberg still owns Delux, located next door.

This all-new Bobby-Q will feature the same menu of wood-smoked, barbecue favorites (including three varieties of ribs), plus an expanded selection of farm-fresh salads and sandwiches, plus an all new lunch menu featuring Lunch Combos with barbecue meat sliders, salads, brisket tacos, and more. Not to mention, an expanded menu of handcrafted cocktails prepared with housemade syrups, fresh fruits and premium spirits.

Heading up the team at the new Biltmore location are Executive Chef Mark Hittle and mixologist Chris Ortega. Serving lunch and dinner seven days a week, Bobby-Q’s Biltmore location will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sundays and Mondays, and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, including a special late-night menu.
