One of Arizona’s original and locally owned breakfast spots is coming to the Camelback Corridor this month. Over Easy will open its newest location with a soft opening on Oct. 7 and a Grand Opening Oct. 14-15 at the Biltmore Center II, 2398 E. Camelback Road.

The 3,000-square-foot restaurant will serve Over Easy’s signature breakfast and lunch fare including the Chicken Fried Steak and Nut Banana French Toast featured on The Food Network’s “Diners, Drive Ins and Dives.”

During the grand opening weekend, all guests will get 25 percent off their bills. In addition, Over Easy will donate 25 percent of proceed for the entire week (Oct.14-22) to the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation.

Over Easy has been nationally recognized for its updated takes on classic breakfast fare since Chef Aaron May opened his first location in Phoenix in 2008. Visit Over Easy online at www.eatatovereasy.com.
