The annual harvest of the Hatch green chile is a popular event in the Southwest, and Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill joins this celebration with the new Hatch Chile Fest menu.

The Hatch green chile is unmatched in its versatility—sautéed, roasted, chopped, it can be used in sauces, toppings to tacos, mixed into stews, crushed into margaritas even stirred into ice cream.  Executive Chef Dan Santos has created an inspired menu with dishes that are both savory and sweet, such as the Chile and Watermelon Gazpacho, Pan Poached Cod with Chile Sauce, and the Pecan Pie with Green Chile Ice Cream.
