For parents with kids heading off to university in the fall, or students already enrolled, Precision Air & Heating is now accepting applications for its new annual $1,000 scholarship. The award is open to students enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university. Applications for the scholarship are being taken now through April 30, 2017.
The Precision Air & Heating Academic Scholarship is open to students from all areas of academic study, but the company is especially encouraging students interested in a career in any area of business to submit an essay. It is available to undergraduate and graduate students.
To submit an entry, applicants are asked to write a 500-800 word essay on the following topic: “What do you believe are some of the most important advancements in how small businesses can thrive and survive in a competitive landscape against the larger corporations?”
Entries should be emailed to scholarships@602fixmyac.com; use subject line “Scholarship Submission.” Applications must also include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. Attach the essay as a Microsoft Word document or PDF, and include recent school transcript and proof of enrollment.
