A long-time, local customer service representative is being recognized for her sales techniques and tools.

Kristin Paul of Hester, Heitel & Associates, Inc., recently was named the 2019 Outstanding CSR of the Year for the State of Arizona. To quality for the state honor, Paul had to write an essay describing her sales training and what she believed were the three most effective sales techniques or tools that made her a better account manager/CSR.

Paul received a framed certificate and is one of 38 individuals eligible for the National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award, which comes with a $2,000 cash prize and a scholarship. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2003 as a customer service representative and began working in the Phoenix area in 2008.
