Some flavorful, fall-themed foods and special events are on the menu at The Farish House in downtown Phoenix.

The Farish House is a family-owned bistro and wine establishment located at 816 N. 3rd St. Diners can check out the new fall dishes on the dinner menu, including Blush and Bashful Salad, which has a spring mix with grapes confit, lemongrass pickled radish, roast tomato, walnuts and chevre for $10, available through January. There’s also a candied date pork belly, which has Arizona date molasses, truffle essence, hazelnuts, chives, white bean puree and greens for $20. Or try the Farish House cassoulet, which is twice-baked creamy white beans with herbed roast pork and sausage ragout and duck leg confit, for $28, offered through January.

The Farish House will offer a “Wine Seance” on Thursday, Nov. 21, and Thursday, Dec. 19. At these intimate tastings, guests will hear from wine professionals, who will talk about specific wine regions of wine, and enjoy sipping four to six wines along with three appetizers.
