The East Sunnyslope Neighborhood Association & Block Watch and North Village Baptist Church will hold a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, at the church at 1010 E. Alice Ave. The organizations have partnered with state Sen. Kate Brophy McGee, Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates and Phoenix City Councilmember Debra Stark for the event.
