While the Children’s Museum of Phoenix has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can still engage your kids in online and at-home educational and entertaining activities.

The museum provides daily projects, content and resources you can explore at home on Facebook and Instagram. There also are activity kits posted on the Children’s Museum of Phoenix website in English and Spanish. To find these DIY projects and activities, visit childrensmuseumofphoenix.org/exhibits-and-experiences/educational-value.

The Children’s Museum of Phoenix also will kick off a new program, the THINKER PLAYER CREATOR BOX, on Labor Day, Sept. 7. The boxes, designed for kids ages 4 to 9, feature four weeks of hands-on, educational activities focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), as well as arts, literacy and movement.

The cost is $139 per box for non-museum members and $119 per box for museum members. To learn more, visit childrensmuseumofphoenix.org/exhibits-and-experiences/programs.
