You can download free music 24/7 through the Phoenix Public Library website on Freegal when using your library card. Library card users can download up to five songs per week and keep the files. Freegal is a music download and streaming service that provides access to more than 16 million songs including Sony Music’s catalog of well-known artists. Cardholders can access a wide variety of music for children and adults.
