The Phoenix Symphony launched its 2021-22 season last month, kicking off its in-person shows through May.

Upcoming performances include “Coco” In Concert Live to Film Nov. 5- 7 at Symphony Hall, 75 N. Second St. The program includes a score written by Oscar and Grammy-winning composer Michael Giacchino and the Oscar-winning song, “Remember Me.” The animated film will be shown on a large screen above the orchestra.

Immerse yourself in music that is at the intersection of jazz and classical during The Jazz Effect: Gershwin and Stravinsky Nov. 12, 13 and 14. George Gershwin is an iconic composer and pianist known for his masterpieces, “Rhapsody in Blue” and “An American in Paris.” Igor Stravinsky is known for his “Symphony in C” and “Firebird Suite.”

The Phoenix Symphony will perform its Holiday Pops concert Dec. 3, 4 and 5 at Symphony Hall. Expect to hear hymns and carols from various traditions and faiths as well as popular secular songs.
