A new senior residential community currently under construction is scheduled to open this summer in the Camelback Corridor.

Stefanie Smith has been named executive director at the Clarendale Arcadia, which is expected to open summer 2022.

Clarendale Arcadia has opened its information center and named Stefanie Smith as executive director and Michelle Kiel director of Sales and Marketing.

“It’s exciting to see Clarendale Arcadia come to life,” said Smith. “Construction has been moving smoothly, and with the information center now open, I am looking forward to introducing Phoenix-area retirees and their families to an all-new luxury senior lifestyle.”

Offering panoramic mountain views, the residential community will provide independent living, assisted living and memory care options designed to keep residents connected to friends and family in the area.

Clarendale Arcadia is located at 2720 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 280, in Phoenix. For additional information, call 480-573-3700 or visit www.clarendalearcadia.com.
