The Phoenix Planning and Development Department’s Historic Preservation Exterior Rehabilitation Assistance Program has grant funds available to help residents restore their historic Phoenix home. Applications for the current round of funding are due by Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 5 p.m.

The program provides 50/50 matching grants of up to $20,000 for exterior work on homes that are in city-designated historic districts or individually listed on the city’s historic property register.
