A free online activity is available to people who have or had cancer. Residents are invited to grab a pen and paper for a relaxing, meditative activity to help reduce stress and promote healing.

Therapeutic Writing is taught by longtime facilitator Sue Meyn and is a tool for personal growth and self-care, especially for those on a cancer journey.

“Whether you want to write about memories, your feelings in the current moment, or anything else, the act of putting pen to paper is an amazing way to declutter your mind,” Meyn says.
