Little Miss BBQ and their newly launched downtown Full Speed Chicken and Ribs will offer holiday hosts an array of traditional turkey day options, prepared to perfection and ready to serve or reheat with instructions.
Selections at Full Speed, 513 E. Roosevelt St., include a whole turkey breast, $65; Thanksgiving Side Bundle, $175, that includes macaroni & cheese, crispy fingerling potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, stuffing, brisket-turkey gravy (1 quart), cranberry sauce (1 pint), 12 Noble Bread pull-apart dinner rolls/Hawaiian buns, full-size pecan pie. The sides are also available individually – prices vary.
