In addition to dozens of crafted cocktails, Platform 18’s new menu includes handmade ice cream, like the George Washington Carver – Frey Ranch Bourbon, peanut butter, cream, demerara, Angostura and blackberry jam swirl (submitted photo).

Barter & Shake’s award-winning train bar concept, Platform 18, recently unveiled a new menu: “Midnight in Harlem.”

The new menu features an all-new selection of expertly crafted cocktails – including original creations by individual bartenders on the team – alongside elevated small bites like a signature snack trio and lobster toast. A caviar service is also set to debut on the menu soon.

This edition of the menu continues Platform 18’s journey through New York City in the 1920s, transporting guests to a city that pulsed with rhythm, rebellion and roaring good times during the Prohibition era. Each cocktail is crafted not only to taste delightful and delicious, but also to serve as a symbol of this era in New York City.

Platform 18 is located at 3626 E. Indian School Road. To learn more, call 602-739-1388 or visit www.bartershake.com/platform-18.
