The rooftop bar at Hilton Garden Inn will once again host its holiday-themed cocktail pop-up, running through Dec. 30 and featuring a seasonal cocktail menu (submitted photo).
Heading into December, residents both young and old who may be ready for a little seasonal escape will find three festive ways to ease their way into the holidays.
First up is Miracle at Floor 13, at Floor 13 Rooftop Bar inside the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown, 15 E. Monroe St. The pop-up bar, which boasts a holiday oasis featuring over the top kitschy, festive décor and a themed cocktail menu, launched prior to Thanksgiving and runs through Dec. 30.
Indulge in fan favorites such as the Christmapolitan and Snowball Old-Fashioned, along with new-this-year concoctions such as Candy Cane Lane, Dancing Sugarplums, Blitzen Barrel and Miracle Mouse. Hours are Sunday through Thursday, 5-10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to midnight. Over at Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour, 1 W. Jefferson, Sippin’ Santa returns for its seventh year, transforming the space into a tropical holiday wonderland filled with rum-soaked cheer, festive décor and seasonal cocktails. Through Dec. 28, guests can book a $15 experience to unlock two hours of holiday magic – including a secret Santa gift and unforgettable tiki vibes. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations guarantee a spot.

Finally, hop on Platform 18 for a cozy 45-minute journey through the Rockies, complete with hot cocoa, freshly baked cookies and surprise visits from Santa every Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 29 through Dec. 21.
