Beth Ami Temple invites members of the community to discover the active adult temple at its annual Wine & Cheese Open House event, scheduled for Friday, Sept. 12.
Established 47 years ago, Beth Ami is a group of 50-plus aged couples, singles and winter visitors who share the values and beauty of Judaism and come together in a community for religious services and social connections.
The event will provide the opportunity to meet and chat with Rabbi Allison Lawton, Cantorial Soloist Mike Robbins and members of the congregation. Membership information and High Holiday tickets will be available. Attendees are invited to the Shabbat service following the reception.
Shabbat services are held biweekly from September through May. Beth Ami also has many social groups including Cultural Outings, Book Club, Hiking, Bridge, Mah Jongg, Dining Club, Fitness Classes and more. Dues are modest and there is no building fund.
