Alicia Romero Rodriguez

The Arizona Community Foundation (ACF) announced the appointment of Alicia Romero Rodriguez as the organization’s vice president of marketing and communications. Rodriguez will join the Impact Team and report directly to Michelle Gayles, ACF’s chief impact officer.

“I’m a proud Arizona native and a product of what community nonprofits and public education can achieve,” said Rodriguez. “After two decades in marketing and communications for consumer brands, primarily at The Estée Lauder Companies, I’m honored to bring that expertise home. As I raise my daughters here, helping ACF amplify Arizona’s impact feels like coming full circle.”
