Veterans and the public are invited to an informal talk to be presented by Captain Carol Culbertson, U.S. Navy, retired, scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24, 9-10 a.m. A native of Honolulu, HI, Culbertson’s presentation will focus on what happened when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor.
The free guest speaker program will be held at Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 7901 N. Central Ave. To ensure adequate refreshments, email your intention to attend, along with any questions about the presentation, to caroleenculbertson@earthlink.net no later than Thursday, Jan. 22.
