The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is reporting just one mainline freeway closure scheduled for an improvement project in the Phoenix area this weekend, Feb. 13-15. The following closure is scheduled to end by early Sunday morning, Feb. 15:
- Eastbound Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway) closed between 51st Avenue and I-17 in the Northwest Valley from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Sunday (Feb. 15) for the ongoing widening project in that area. Eastbound Loop 101 on-ramps at 75th, 67th and 59th avenues closed. Consider exiting well ahead of the closure and using eastbound Bell Road or Union Hills Drive to reach I-17 or other destination beyond the closure.
