Phoenix Public Library is offering youth 16-24 years old a series of programs during July designed to help them build skills to land a job. The events take place at the newly reopened Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave.

The workshops include:

  • Ace The Interview, 1-2 p.m. July 10 & 17. Learn the basics of intervening.
  • Personal Branding, 1-2 p.m. July 12 & 19. Understand the importance of your personal brand and how it can transform your educational and career opportunities.

Local youth also are invited to participate in a Youth Employment Fair, 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, July 25 at the library. Be ready to meet employers and local agencies who are hiring.
