The Arizona Biltmore is turning up the fire on summer dining this year with the resort’s first-ever Summer Tea service—with a refreshing twist.

The Arizona Biltmore has served Afternoon Tea since opening in 1929, but this summer marks the first time the resort is pouring a Summer Tea—with iced rather than hot tea. The service comprises a cold cucumber soup starter to cleanse the palate, a platter of four sandwiches, three desserts and two cakes, and a choice of six iced teas in an array of innovative and exotic flavors.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan menu options are available with advance notice.
Seatings are from 12 to 3 p.m. The cost is $29, or $39 with the addition of Kir Royale or a Mimosa. An 18-percent gratuity is added. For reservations call 602-381-7632.
