Popular dishes from previous years are making their comeback at Pita Jungle.

The restaurant, which has locations in North Central and around the state, recently kicked off a new, seasonal menu called Pita Jungle Favorites, Hello Again. This menu features some favorite meals from previous years and a new Mediterranean Ramen.

Burrito of the Sea, which is one of the resurrected menu items, features sustainable Alaskan wild-caught whitefish, Tuscan kale, tomatoes, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, as well as red and green cabbage and other ingredients. Another dish on the seasonal menu is hummus with seared Ahi tuna, which includes curried-sesame crust and diners’ choice of hummus and pita. Baba ganoosh, which is roasted eggplant, tahini, yogurt, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, kalamata olives and pita is another meal brought back by popular demand.

Pita Jungle’s Mediterranean Ramen is a mixture of beef bone broth, capellini noodles, carrots, celery, onion, cilantro, parsley, fresh basil, pea sprouts and white wine.

The seasonal menu will be available until the spring. Pita Jungle has a location at 5505 N. 7th St. To find other locations and learn more, visit pitajungle.com.
