Hospice of the Valley offers an ongoing grief support group in North Central Phoenix. The drop-in group meets 3-4:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Stratford Assisted Living, 1739 W. Myrtle Ave.

Grief support groups are open to adults 18 and older who have experienced a loss through death. The agency’s bereavement counselors address a range of topics, including dealing with loneliness, understanding the grieving process, adjusting to life without the loved one, taking next steps, and finding meaning and reinvesting in life.

There is no fee and participants may attend whenever they wish. For more information, call 602-530-6970.
