The hot summer temperatures mean that outdoor enthusiasts and dog walkers have to alter their schedules to be outside just before dawn or after sunset. Which is the perfect time to also spot streetlights in your neighborhood that aren’t working properly.

Functioning streetlights promote safety and deter criminal activity. If you notice a streetlight that is out or malfunctioning, call the city of Phoenix at 602-495-5125. Report the pole number (vertical sticker on pole), pole cross streets, and closest house or business address to the pole. A subcontractor will be out within 7-10 working days to repair it.
