Phoenix Ale Brewery and Rich Stark, formerly CEO of NYPD Pizza, have opened their new restaurant collaboration, The Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen, at the Crown on 7th development on 7th Street just south of Bethany Home Road.

Beer is a key ingredient used in a third of the items and all dishes have been crafted to pair with The Phoenix Ale Brewery’s nine brews on tap at the restaurant. Signature items include the grilled romaine salad, Cast Iron Macaroni and Cheese, Ale House Chicken Fried Chicken, Black Iron Pizza and the BBQ Bison Burger.

Notably, the burger’s sauce—along with other items on the menu—incorporates King George Amber beer, named in honor of the late Phoenix Ale Brewery owner, George Hancock.

Diners will also have an opportunity to pay it forward with a cold one, through the Buy a Buddy a Brew program. Guests can buy a beer for a friend in advance, for he or she to redeem on their next visit, and the order will appear on a screen in the restaurant in realtime. Then the “buddy” finds their name on the screen next time, to claim their brew.

Occupying 3,500 square feet, seating includes community tables for large parties and casual dining, booth seating for a more quiet and private experience, and a large patio that is pet-friendly.

The restaurant is located at 5813 N. 7th St., #140 (back side of building) and is open 11 a.m.- 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m.- 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit www.centralkitchenaz.com or call 602-313-8713.
