Scramble–A Breakfast & Lunch Joint has added new Brunch Sammies to its menu, available seven days a week.

There are five new items including gluten friendly, vegetarian, and vegan options, all of which (except for the vegan menu item) feature locally sourced Hickman’s eggs.

Among the new items are the Hickman’s Burger, which features an angus beef burger with a fried egg center; the Wich Came First, featuring a grilled chicken breast in Scramble’s spicy green chile sauce a fried egg; and the Hog & Hen, which offers homemade smoked pulled pork topped with honey barbecue sauce and a fried egg.

And for vegetarians and veggie lovers alike, The FunGuy features a roasted Portobello mushroom topped with a fried egg, Swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, sautéed onions, avocado aioli and baby spinach served with choice of side (this item can be served on Udi’s gluten-free bread for an additional $2). Scramble also has added a Vegan Portobello Wrap served with choice of side.
