City pools will open Memorial Weekend, May 26-28, and will reopen for the summer from June 2-July 29.

Registration for swimming lessons and other programs at the city’s 29 public pools began on April 26. Swimming lessons are available for youth, starting as young as 6 months old, as well as for adults. There also is a swim and dive team league for kids ages 5-17, and a water basketball league for youth ages 12-16.

Open swim passes (per day) are $1 for children and seniors, and $3 for adults. Season passes for the summer are $20 per child/senior, and $30 per adult. A family of four pass is $75, with $7 for each additional family member.

Information about how to register for swim lessons, purchase seasonal passes and more is available at www.phoenix.gov/parks/pools. Note that pool hours vary at different locations.
